1 About FaresXplorer

FaresXplorer.com ("FaresXplorer", "we", "us", or "our") is an independent online travel metasearch platform. We help users discover and compare travel deals — including flights and hotels — by aggregating results from third-party travel providers and booking agencies in real time.

We are not a licensed travel agent, airline, or hotel provider. We do not sell tickets, make reservations, or process any financial transactions on behalf of users.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FaresXplorer.com (the "Platform"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

• The advertised rates are the lowest available from any provider.
• Prices shown include all applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees (though we endeavour to display full pricing where possible).

Users should verify all pricing and availability directly with the booking partner before completing any transaction. FaresXplorer accepts no responsibility for price discrepancies between results displayed on our Platform and those on partner websites.

6 Third-Party Partners

The Platform contains links to third-party websites operated by our travel partners. These links are provided for your convenience. FaresXplorer does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
